THE HOLDER OF AN EVENT TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT.

THE HOLDER OF AN EVENT TICKET VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT MASSIVE CHANGE NETWORK, LLC AND THE EVENT FACILITY OWNER, AS WELL AS ALL OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF BOTH, ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY THE HOLDER OF SAID TICKET, AND ALL SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM EITHER THE PURCHASE OF SAID TICKET OR ATTENDING THE EVENT.

IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, THE HOLDER, AND ANY SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, OF AN EVENT TICKET’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE PRICE PAID FOR THIS TICKET. THE HOLDER OF SAID TICKET, AND ANY AND ALL SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, WAIVES AND RELEASES MASSIVE CHANGE NETWORK, LLC AND THE EVENT FACILITY OWNER, AS WELL AS ALL OF THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL FURTHER CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DEBTS, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER.

An Event Ticket is a revocable license and admission and may be refused upon refunding the price paid for said ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of said ticket without refund. Any tickets obtained from any person or entity other than Massive Change Network, LLC, or its duly designated agent for ticket sales, is conclusively deemed void and of no force and effect, and any such ticket shall conclusively be deemed cancelled without any right of refund whatsoever.

The Holder of an Event Ticket acknowledges that the Event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, including without limitation the posting or dissemination of photographs of the Event and participants and attendees at the Event, and the Holder hereby grants its/his or her irrevocable permission to Massive Change Network, LLC, and its affiliates, partners, successors, assigns and agents, to utilize Holder’s image, likeness or voice in connection with any live, recorded or photographed transmission or reproduction of the Event.

There are no express warranties or implied warranties of any kind arising with respect to an Event Ticket. The terms and conditions contained herein said Ticket and on the Site are the sole and exclusive terms and conditions arising as a result of the purchase of the Ticket. The Holder acknowledges and agrees that unless expressly set forth herein, no further terms and conditions, including without limitation any terms, conditions, promises or agreements occurring verbally, are deemed to arise or be associated with said Ticket. The terms and conditions associated with said Ticket may only be modified in writing by the parties.
